The Vansion provides comfortable accommodation for 4 guests, with a double bedroom and twin room with 2 singles. It does have a 4ft sofa bed in the sitting room, if required.
There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate WC and hand basin.
The spacious open plan living and dining space has plenty of seating and the triple aspect makes it light and airy. The TV includes ROKU with streaming instructions
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Outside is a large decking area to enjoy your morning coffee, and perfect for al fresco dining, or just relaxing with a glass of your favourite tipple.There is also a secluded garden with garden furniture and a barbeque if the British weather plays ball. There is no charcoal for the barbeque as it is difficult to guarantee it won't get damp. Charcoal is available at the local shop.
There is direct access, down some steps, to the unspoilt dog friendly beach, just a few minutes away.
There is room for one family sized car to be parked alongside The Vansion, not the deck side.

We had a great stay at the Vansion, a beautiful pristine caravan, well stocked with everything you need and more. Linen and towels first class, well catered for animals, could not fault it at all. Right on the beach, beautiful for walks, the clubhouse and amenities on site seemed almost new. Comfortable, the five of us and our dog had a great stay.

We visit Pakefield Holiday Park a couple of times per year abc we usually book through them but this time it was full. We were delighted to find The Vansion still available for the dates we wanted. Although a little more pricey, it was lovely to not have to take our own towels, bed sheets, etc. The caravan was a little smaller than we are used to but it was so well equipped and comfortable that it didn’t matter one bit. The communication was excellent. Check-in process was really easy and we would really love to visit again soon. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay just what we needed to get away from it all and end the year in peace. So close to the beach we watched the sunrise which was just beautiful. Grabbed a coffee at Deans which was also lovely, everybody was so friendly.
