The space

"It‘s such a lovely house with each room beautifully furnished and decorated! So easy to the beach (outside shower great). We feel very lucky to be able to stay here."

GROUND FLOOR
You know you’re somewhere special the moment you step into the front hall with the living room to your right and dining room to your left, followed by the family room and cloakroom and, at the back of the house, the amazing kitchen/breakfast room with double doors to the garden.
Hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor with rugs and there’s a back door off the hallway.

LIVING ROOM
An elegant room, comfortably furnished for family and friends to relax in front of the open fire, play a game or choose a well-loved film on the TV which has Prime and Apple TV. There’s even a desk in the bay window for those needing to do some work or study at home.

DINING ROOM
For more formal meals there’s a long table, flooded by light, with an eclectic group of dining chairs.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Equipped for family and friends to cater and entertain with units wrapping around housing two electric waist height ovens, a microwave, a five-ring gas hob with extractor above it, a dishwasher, a large fridge and three drawer freezer beneath it and the essential toaster, kettle and a hot tap. The dining table has seating for ten guests. There’s also a big pantry for all your groceries with a 2nd upright fridge for drinks or extra groceries. Wide doors to the garden make indoor/outdoor living easy.

FAMILY ROOM
Furnished for relaxation, this is a great space for larger groups to split and choose a different activity with Apple TV, Netflix etc. available and plenty of games for all ages.

CLOAKROOM
Simply with a wash basin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs rise from the hall to a half landing which splits with stairs to the left leading to the 2nd twin, main bedroom with en-suite, two bedrooms with king size beds, the family bathroom and the utility cupboard; and to the right leaving to the corner twin and shower room opposite. The interior design is equally beautiful in all rooms.

BEDROOM 1 (king) WITH EN-SUITE
Wake to the boats sailing along the estuary beyond the fields from this luxurious king size bed with bedside units on either side. A palette of green and pink give a restful feeling and the room's furnished with two chests of drawers, plus wall hooks with hangers so you can unpack and settle in.

SHOWER ROOM
Fitted with both hand-held and a rain shower in the large cubicle, a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and window allow plenty of natural light in.

BEDROOM 2 (king)
Light streams through the bay window onto the king size bed in this attractive room decorated in shades of blue and white. There’s a large chest of drawers for your clothes as well as hooks behind the door, bedside cabinets and a little dressing table with a folding chair.

BEDROOM 3 (twin)
A padded armchair and bookcase sit in the sunshine on the raised area of this pretty bedroom, with twin beds, a chest of drawers, a bedside unit and built-in wardrobe on the lower half.

FAMILY BATHROOM
Conveniently located for guests in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, this chic bathroom has rain and hand showers over the bath sitting beneath the window, a large vanity unit with basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

BEDROOM 4 (king)
Sitting quietly at the back of the house with a king bed with padded headboard taking pride of place between bedside units in this stylish room. There’s additional storage in a chest of drawers, plus hooks and hangers on the wall.

BEDROOM 5 (TWIN)
Fresh bright colours decorate this double-aspect twin bedroom which has bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a dressing table with a chair.

SHOWER ROOM
Opposite bedroom five off the 2nd landing so, effectively, an ensuite. This smart shower room is fitted with a large shower cubicle with both a rain shower and a hand-held shower, a wash basin with drawers for toiletries, a WC, heated towel rail (towels for all guests are provided) and a window giving natural light.

GARDEN
This impressive holiday home has an exceptional walled garden with plenty of space to run around and play games. It’s mostly laid to lawn with a raised central area and there’s a patio at the top furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, reclining on a lounger or cooking up a storm on the wood BBQ. For kids of all ages, there's a fun Petanque Boules area at the side of the house, and even a kayak with a small set of wheels so you can transport it to the sea for a little paddle (please note this is understandably at your own risk). At the front of the house there’s a drive with space for three to four cars (depending upon size) and gates a either side of the house into the main garden, making it enclosed and relatively safe for children and pets.
