A beautiful cottage, very nicely renovated with everything we needed and more. Cosy, comfortable, in a pretty village, and very well positioned for Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh. The basket of goodies were a lovely addition too.

What a lovely, peaceful place to stay with the family! Cosy, beautifully laid out and well equipped accommodation with real character ; plenty of space for family of four with teenage children. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful...offering local recommendations and even coming to help us late one night when we had an issue. Pub only 2mins walk away and well stocked book shelves! Highly recommended.

A peaceful country village location very close to the coast so great for walks out and about. The cottage was very warm all the time and felt very welcoming, spotlessly clean too. And so nice to have a sprinkle of Christmas decorations, lights and a small Christmas tree which made us feel right at home. The owners were very friendly, helpful and respectful of our privacy and it was really nice to arrive to find milk in the fridge and some nice welcoming treats too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a couple of lovely nights at this very well presented cottage in the Suffolk countryside – a great location for exploring any area around the coast. It had a lovely homely feel with a very welcoming host. The kitchen was very well equipped. The Reading room had a diverse range of books available and was very comfortable as were the beds We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We loved our stay at Stable Cottage. The owners, Caroline and John, went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and looked after. They left a generous Welcome Basket and provisions. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The outside courtyard and garden are delightful. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings. In fact, it only took us 10 minutes to get back to the cottage after a concert at Snape. N.B. There was only one 'downside' to our stay, which I would like to stress, had nothing to do with the owners, who were delightful. The property is let through a third party 'Stay in Suffolk' who set their own pricing policy. Had we waited until two weeks before our 4-night stay, it would have cost £140 less than when we booked (two months before). When I queried the difference in price, I was told the company operated a 'Dynamic Pricing Policy.' The first time I've come across such a policy on Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Stable Cottage, the perfect base to explore the Suffolk Coast. The early check in and welcome basket were much appreciated. The place was spotless and we thought the beds were particularly comfortable. The cottage has very generous proportions and is really well appointed with everything you could need. will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
