An ideally located 1st floor apartment in the centre of Southwold, it had every this we wanted and needed. There is no parking at the accomodation but parking is free both on street and in the local car park, so no hidden costs,

I had a lovely stay at this apartment in Southwold. It is centrally located in the heart of town, only a short walk to the sea. The place was nicely presented and clean, great for a few days away. The bedroom is an adequate size and the bed was comfy with nice bedding. It is on the main road (above a shop) so a light sleeper might find this problematic. The shower cubicle and sink basin are very small. I'm always a little concerned when it comes to parking, but credit to Southwold Council, there is plenty of free parking within a few mins walk. I used Godyll Road car park most days.

Loved our stay. Well equipped, perfectly positioned accommodation. Very clean and nicely furnished. Great that a dog was allowed too. We may well be back.

A fabulous location. The price was similar to the local hotels but nice if you wanted a bit more space. Lovely and clean and a lovely welcome gift. The agent was very quick to respond to a couple of questions. We would definitely recommend if you like to be in the centre of town, which we loved. Thank you

We had a lovely short break here. Perfectly located for the beach, shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the flat was tastefully decorated and well stocked. We would be happy to return and recommend this place. Thank you.
