This is a really well proportioned flat very close to the beach and the pier which is great for getting out and about. The garden is lovely with some beautiful plants and the outside space and parking is a real bonus. The property is a little dated - we stayed here 17 years ago with our young family and it hasn’t really changed since then but it is perfectly serviceable and we had another lovely week in Southwold.

The flat was in a great location within easy walking distance of Southwold centre. Everything was clean and tidy.We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t working on arrival. It took 4/5 days to sort, which was an inconvenience. We appeared to have stayed in the crossover between cottage tree and stay in Suffolk so we had no house manual, which meant we weren’t sure how to leave the flat, so we just did our best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather too for late September. We had everything we needed ( apart from Wi-Fi). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The milk , tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. The parking onsite was really useful.
