This little cottage is gorgeous and very well situated - we loved the fact it was on the edge of the town so really easy to get to the shops, pubs and restaurants but this meant it was also very quiet and peaceful and it felt like we were already on the way to the harbour which we absolutely loved walking to - either through the sand dunes or across the footpaths in the fields. Also loved being just a couple of mins walk from the beach. Cottage is as advertised, especially in relation to the stairs - we were absolutely fine with them but do heed the warning. Very well stocked kitchen. Very cosy in the evenings!

A lovely small and quirky cottage, which was as we expected. (Read the description carefully) We had a lovely stay enjoying the location and surroundings! We were lucky enough to have lots of warm sun too! Thank you.

Convenient location. Cosy. Typical stairway for a cottage of its age (may be challenging to some). All very clean, tidy and the property is equipped with all you need.

Brilliant little cottage - great location, close to everything. Tiny inside but that adds to the charm. Immaculately clean. Only slight downside was the super steep stairs (mentioned in the description so we were expecting it!) which were a little tricky for my 77 year old mum but she managed it!! Very responsive booking service, which I appreciated.

My favourite location in Southwold. Mid way between the best part of the beach and the town .

This is a delightful little cottage, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and very well equipped We particularly liked the lovely little courtyard garden which is sheltered and sunny, and it's a great location with wonderful evening views across the common. We really enjoyed our stay here, and didn't find the stairs daunting!
