Had a great stay, the house is large and interesting with lots of quirky features. Really close the the main high street and a short walk to the sea front. Some items within the house are a little tired and could do with an upgrade such as the games table, but it didn't detract from a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location for a big get together, well equipped throughout. Great location, the parking for us wasn’t a problem, there is a car at both ends of the road. The communication with Suffolk stays was good.

This stay was absolutely great, booked for 80th birthday, accommodated all the family. Great space, lots for the family to do, especially the table football and pool table which everyone played. Great for amenities to walk to including the pier and beach. Excellent

House was fabulous particularly the main downstairs space which was great for big groups. Location was amazing and within easy walking distance of everywhere you needed. It feels like this has been really well thought out.The kitchen was very well equipped with an abundance of crockery and cutlery but also some extras like a big wine fridge, hot tap etc. bedrooms were all spacious and plenty of bathrooms and a great library. Only downside’s for me was that there was a huge cupboard with DVDs games etc but these have not been looked after by previous guests which is a shame and the house could really do with a thorough clean, there were thick cobwebs on the windows particularly on the velux in the main room and dead flies on the windowsills. That being said the bedrooms/bathrooms were spotless and the beds/bedding, towels etc all good quality - we had a great stay and would recommend it

I’ll start with the positive.. Beautiful house, fantastic location and good for a large groups and really dog friendly. Very close to the town centre and parking wasn’t an issue as there was plenty of free parking at either end of the road. We had an issue, that we reported, and someone called back say it couldn’t be sorted and they already knew about it from a previous guest. Down side….as previous guest have stated the place is a bit tired and the kitchen oven needs a deep clean. A few of the facilities didn’t work ie projector in lounge and the central heating didn’t work in the master bedroom, so was very cold at night when it was really windy. I had an issue with the large build-up of lime scale on the taps which I think is an health and safety issue. It could do with moving the snooker and table football into a different room and having more lounge seating in the main area. We ended up bringing the garden seats in as we didn’t have enough for everyone.

I don’t normally pay this much for a holiday home but I felt The Links was worth it. It is a beautiful family home with everything my sons and their families needed. The whole living space was so roomy and the bedrooms very spacious. So many different sitting areas for relaxing and the games area and toys ideal for the children who ranged from 3 to 16. The common just over the quiet road was great to walk the dogs and the beach and harbour area so near that we didn’t need cars. Car parking was free and easy (however this wasn’t high season). Being near the dog friendly area was good. It was warm, spacious and airy. We all loved being in this house
