You will find parking on streets nearby or in the car parks by the pier or the water tower.
We had a great holiday in this flat. It is really spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is perfect, with a front door opening out on to the High St and all the lovely Southwold shops, and the back door just by the playground if you have children. Either way it's a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay, brilliant location and plenty of space and outside space if needed. Would stay there again!
Great apartment, much bigger than it looked in the photos! There was plenty of space for our party of 8, with lots of rooms for the teenagers to spread out and have their own space. The location was brilliant, right on the doorstep of fantastic cafés, pubs, and restaurants, and just a short walk from the seafront. We only had one small problem with a blocked shower that leaked but that was dealt with very quickly. We’d definitely stay here again. Our only wish is that they offered more short-term stays (three nights, for example) instead of mainly week-long bookings.
Such a great place on the high street with everything in walking distance. Great layout inside and perfect for what we needed.
Beautiful house, really pristine, clean and lovely! We had an issue turning on the heating but they proactively rang us to help us sort it out and were very friendly and helpful. It’s large and great for family trips - excellent location and easy to get everywhere. The only small issues I would say is that we had to buy more dishwasher tablets & soap as the amount provided wasn’t enough and considering the expense of staying there, they could have included more.
Super stay in a beautiful property, will be back!
We were 4 generations staying at 60 High Street and the accommodation and location were perfect. The outdoor roof terrace was a great space for the 3 and 4 year olds with us and the location, directly on the High Street was ideal for my parents of 90 and 87. We enjoyed our stay and the space worked really well for us. We were there during a heatwave and it could have been oppressive but the layout of the accommodation, with french windows at the back and windows to the front made for a cooling breeze.
Lovely place to stay in a great location, right on the high street and a few minutes walk to the beach. It’s a surprisingly large flat spread across 3 floors so plenty of space for 8 adults. The kitchen is nice, as is the furnishings and general design of the place. Only a couple of negatives that mean for me, it’s 4 stars rather than 5. While the house was lovely and clean, the garden was pretty messy. Furniture left sort of randomly, patio washer sort of slung in a corner etc. It just needs a clean and tidy but that’s not really for the guests to do. Second negative is we had 2 kings sized beds and two twin rooms, which is not what the listing stated (3 king sized beds). This meant one couple on our party had to sleep separate. Not the end of the world, but also not what we paid for. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place.
Very nice house, central to everything Southwold has to offer.

Perfect house, right in the middle of such a gorgeous town, short stroll to the sea, pubs, places to eat. Loved the Lord Nelson for pints, the Sole Bay Fish Company for oysters and samphire overlooking the estuary and stunning sunsets, Doh Pizzeria across the road for charming service, cocktails and cool music, and brekkie in Duchies. This house made our stay in Southwold a real treat.
