The space

All on one level, the cottage is light, spacious and airy with a large open-plan living area boasting two sets of French doors that open out onto the gorgeous garden. From the living room, there is a modern, open-plan kitchen and dining room that benefits from a combi oven / microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and dining table and chairs for 6 people. A quiet, light-filled study with a desk, chair and a door leading to the patio is another added bonus to this cottage if you're looking to work remotely.

There are four good-sized bedrooms, with the main bedroom benefitting from a super-king size bed that can be split into two singles if required, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a wash basin and WC that is connected with a utility room in-between. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and built-in storage with the third bedroom having twin beds in that can be made up as a king-size bed if required. There is a bunk bedroom with two standard single beds as well as a trundle bed underneath. Bedrooms three and four share a bright family bathroom with a wash basin, WC and shower over the bath.

The wonderful garden wraps around the cottage offering plenty of space and various areas to sit, relax and enjoy the peacefulness and tranquillity of the Suffolk countryside.
