A wonderful open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a dual-sided fireplace and a 32” Television located recessed into the chimney stack behind a piece of art.
The kitchen has a waist-height oven as well as a combi oven, a large fridge with two large drawer freezers beneath it, a dishwasher, and no coffee machine but a cafeteria.

We loved this little cottage. It had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for three adults, the two toilets and three bedrooms are very hard to find at a reasonable price. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to eat in, definitely needed as eating out is so expensive, especially in this corner of Suffolk. Also sufficient seating for us all. We absolutely loved Orford, so much to see and do in one village, we made the most of it.

A lovely cottage in a great location. Very clean, a good shower and comfortable beds. Lots to do in Orford, lovely walks and some nice pubs. Also pump street bakery next door, worth a visit.

We were very impressed with the cottage which was clean, had the facilities we needed (although more clothes storage space wouldn't go amiss) and was in Orford village close to a couple of great pubs. Another plus point was the football game in the garage which was great fun. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation and we particularly liked the parking arrangements. All too often there's no space for a car, the cottage had space for two.

Overall we had a fantastic stay ! A lovely little house in the middle of the village which had been decorated nicely for Christmas . The only snag was the limitation of hot water at times with the capacity not enough for 5 of us to shower in the late morning . We still had a nice stay and would recommend this place .

Overall we had a great stay at Crown Cottage. The house itself is lovely - perfect for a small family getaway and is very cosy. We had two small dogs with us, the courtyard was perfect. The location is absolutely fabulous - right next to the best bits of Orford, yet still very peaceful. There are currently major construction works going on at the property immediately behind. This was not disclosed in advance, which is why overall we have given 4 stars. While there were a few issues with noise and debris at first, the management company sorted it very quickly, and we experienced no issues after that.
