The space

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
If you choose to cook at home you’ll find everything you need in this smart kitchen with units wrapping around in a U shape housing a a large fridge/freezer (five shelves and veg drawers in the frisge, three drawers in the freezer), a waist height electric oven, combi microwave/oven, a dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There's a relatively steep step from the front door into the kitchen and another into the living room.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
This spacious room has a dining table with benches either side for catering at home (perhaps a take-away!) and a couple of sofas, coffee tables, a TV with a DVD player, and shelves stacked with games, books and jigsaws for you to enjoy. There's a front door to this room too.

SHOWER ROOM
A chic modern shower room where the large shower cubicle has both hand-held and rain shower heads and there's a wash basin in a vanity unit, a WC, natural light, and a heated towel rail (bath and hand towels will be provided). You'll also find a washing machine and some essentials such as iron and ironing board.

FIRST FLOOR
Steep carpeted stairs with a handrail on the right rise straight from the kitchen to the first-floor landing where you’ll see doors to both carpeted bedrooms.
MAIN BEDROOM
Overlooking Trinity Street, the king-size bed takes pride of place between bedside drawers in this stylish bedroom and there’s ample space for you to unpack and settle in with a chest of drawers and a open hanging rail.

TWIN BEDROOM
Sturdy single beds sit either side of this sunny bedroom which also has an open wardrobe for your clothes.

OUTSIDE
Trinity Street is an ideal location for a holiday cottage, sandwiched between the beach and sea at one end and the town at the other. At the back of this semi-detached cottage is a small seating area opening into the kitchen, furnished with a bistro table and chairs – ideal for morning coffee!
