Very large, comfortable, well-furnished and equipped house in a perfect location, right on the promenade overlooking the sea, short walk to the town centre with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, etc
A lovely place in a perfect location
We recently stayed in Cottage Trees it is a beautiful home in a fabulous location, we are a family ages 3 to 90 , the house has plenty of space, a beautiful big table for us all , plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery , the lounge is fabulous , plenty of comfy seating and relaxing sea views, the bedrooms were spacious and exceptionally comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone, we would definitely return with family or a group of friends .
We have stayed several times at 23 North Parade and it is perfect for our extended family, aged between 11 and 86 years old. It is in a great location for the pier, beach, shops, cafes, pubs, local walks... It is very comfortable and well-equipped. We always feel at home.
We spent a fantastic Christmas at 23 North Parade - it was perfect for a family get together. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed, as well as having character and beautiful views of the sea. Southwold is a lovely town and we enjoyed bracing walks, the cafes in town and family meals at home. The host responded quickly to our queries. Thanks for making our Christmas so successful. We had a super stay!
We had a wonderful stay at 23 North Parade for a break with extended family. The accommodation was perfect for this, with a large dining room and good sized bedrooms spread across 3 floors. The lounge on the first floor with sea views is fabulous and big enough for all the family to sit around and enjoy time together . The location is fabulous and we enjoyed all that Southwold has to offer including beach walks, sea swims, pier, afternoon tea at Old Hall and brewery tour at Adnams. We also hired bikes from Velo Hire and had a great family bike ride one day. The gentle terrain is perfect for all the family. We loved this accommodation as it suited our needs perfectly. The house is really well equipped and felt like a home from home. It was clean and the host is very responsive. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good sized place to stay in Southwold. The view and location is incredible.

I can’t say enough lovely things about this place. The house is in a superb location and the view from the second floor living room window makes you feel like you are in the ocean. The house was clean, in great condition, but lived in enough not to feel worried about the kids being in it. The games and toys are a lovely touch. The ping pong table was a nice addition too and kept the children entertained. The garden keeps the sun until late into the evening, so sitting outside with a cold drink at the end of an active day was a wonderful treat. Proximity to the pier and the town are perfect. We enjoyed strolling to the bakery to pick up pastries of a morning. Everything about this place was perfect for us and made us fall in love with Southwold. Highly recommend.
