The space

You’re welcomed into a spacious lobby with hooks for your coats and space for footwear before going into the hallway. There’s an alley running inside the left of the house with a door from the drive to the garden, making it ideal for bikes and giving extra storage space.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, this spacious room has a table and bench in the corner, a massive sofa, little gas fire for cosy evenings, and a wall mounted TV.

KITCHEN
A good sized kitchen with units wrapping round in a U shape, housing an electric waist height oven and microwave above, fridge/freezer (4 shelves and a veg drawer/3 drawers), a dishwasher, a washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, an Lavazza a Moda Mia coffee machine (please bring your own pods), a toaster, and a kettle.

CONSERVATORY
Light streams into this room where doors open to the garden, making it a great place to relax in the summer and warmer days (unheated!). There’s a corner sofa, a table with a couple of chairs, and a wall mounted smart TV.

There’s a drive with space for two cars at the front with a third blocking them in if needs be for three vehicles. At the back is a but fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture so you can eat outside or simply chill in the sunshine.
