LIVING/DINING ROOM
Simply furnished with a sturdy table and a couple of benches so you can eat at home and plenty of take-aways to choose from close by. Conveniently, doors open to the garden and drive at the back , plus a long sofa and wall mounted TV.

KITCHEN
A good sized kitchen, which is well-equipped for catering at home and there’s plenty of take-aways close by. This modern kitchen has a waist height electric oven with a separate grill, a microwave, a four ring electric hob, toaster, kettle, and four under counter fridges with a freezer compartment above and four cupboards, making it ideal for four individual guests to store their own groceries.
There’s a washing machine and a dryer just off the kitchen in a utility area.

BATHROOM
This modern ground floor bathroom has a hand-held shower over the bath, a wash basin with cupboard beneath, WC, and natural light.

BEDROOMS
All four bedrooms (2 ground floor, 2 first floor) are equally light a good size, furnished with a double bed between drawer units, with an additional chest of drawers and hanging space. There’s a wall mounted TV, plus a desk and chair in case you need to work from home.

LOCATION AND PARKING
Prospect Place is just tucked away in a quiet spot, conveniently close to the Co-Op and numerous shops, take-aways, the Cinema, and Leisure Centre in Leiston, also just under three miles from Sizewell. There’s parking at the side of the house on a gravel drive for three cars, and a good-sized garden area for sitting out on a summer evening.
