1 baths 2 Riverside Cottages is a 19th-century workers' cottage which has been beautifully renovated, furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate four guests. The cosy living room with wood burning stove and well-equipped kitchen/dining room complete the ground floor; and the pretty double room, quaint single/twin room with the bathroom on the first floor.
Off-road parking is an added bonus (Darsham Station is only three miles away too) and you can walk to the Kings Head for some delicious pub classics to eat in or take away. You can also benefit from the fully enclosed garden, safe for dogs and children, or simply a quiet spot where you can enjoy a book at the end of a busy day exploring.
GROUND FLOOR
You're welcomed directly into the cosy living room with an attractive bay window, wood-burning stove, TV, sofa, chairs and occasional tables and blanket boxes.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
This room's well equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, generous fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There's a table and four chairs inside and the garden is conveniently through the kitchen door so you can enjoy outdoor dining in the warmer months.
FIRST FLOOR
Relatively steep carpeted stairs with a handrail take you landing with doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom.
DOUBLE ROOM
At the front is the attractive double room with a double bed sitting between bedside cabinets with drawers, a large chest of drawers and hooks with hangers for dresses and jackets.
SINGLE/TWIN ROOM
Sitting quietly at the back overlooking the garden and fields, is a pretty room simply furnished with a single bed, bedside table and a chair. There is a pullout bed which can be used on request at the time of booking, however it does make movement quite tight!
GARDEN
Fully enclosed with gravel and a patio area furnished with a bistro style table and couple of chairs. There's external access from the parking space past the neighbours so you could wheel bikes through and store them in the garden out of sight from the road, as well as access through the kitchen door.
PARKING
There's off road parking for one car in beside No 3 Riverside Cottages as well as roadside parking in front.

Had a really relaxing few days here. The cottage was immaculate and clean, beds fresh and comfortable and a lovely little courtyard garden to enjoy the sun! I would definitely recommend this stay and the village is charming. Great location for visiting the coast too. Loved it.

The cottage was well appointed and cosy. All amenities that we needed were there. The location was in a pretty village with a local pub with good food. It was a 20 minute drive to the beach and there were plenty of other sites to visit, which unfortunately we didn’t have time to get to, but know to visit next time. A very comfortable and relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage in Yoxford. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and had such a cosy feel. We loved the wood burner in the evening. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. The location was perfect too. Just a few doors down was the Black Dog Deli, which was absolutely lovely with great coffee, delicious food, and friendly service. There’s also a good pub in the village where we enjoyed a nice dinner one evening. Yoxford itself made a great base for exploring the area, with Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Framlingham all just a short drive away. We’d happily stay here again and we highly recommended it. --- Would you like me to make it sound a bit more formal, friendly and personal, or professional for a listing?

Had a lovely stay with my family. Nice coffee and breakfast at the Black Dog Deli just down the road. Had a nice Sunday dinner at the local pub King’s Head as well. Good location to base ourselves in Suffolk for a few days.

The cottage was easy to find, exactly what the pictures show. A very central location to visit all the little villages and Southwold etc. would stay again.
