2 baths Welcome to Tide Haven - a beautifully presented detached house on the Suffolk coast, offering generous living space across two floors and all the comforts of home for families and groups looking to relax and unwind by the sea.
Parking is to the rear of the property - step through the garden and into a bright dining room through the patio doors. The ground floor flows naturally and invitingly, with ample seating for everyone and an electric fireplace to keep things cosy on cooler evenings. The sitting room is well equipped for downtime, with a networked smart TV and piano - whether you fancy a film night, catching up on a favourite series or a little impromptu music-making after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need - gas hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine - while a separate ground floor shower room with WC is a welcome practical touch, especially handy after a day on the beach.
A quiet study off the sitting room offers a peaceful retreat from the main living areas, with a bookcase stocked with books, games and toys for all ages - perfect for a rainy afternoon or a wind-down after a day of exploring. The storage cupboard within holds a highchair, travel cot, iron and ironing board, so families with little ones can pack a little lighter and arrive ready to enjoy their break.
Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms and a stunning family bathroom await. The master bedroom features a super king zip-and-link bed with built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers another super king zip-and-link - both can be made up as super king beds or twins, just let us know your preference after booking. A dedicated bunk room with two full-sized singles is perfectly set up for younger guests. The family bathroom is a real highlight: a large, contemporary walk-in shower room with rainfall head and heated towel rail, finished to an impressive standard.
Outside, the rear garden is your own private sun trap. A circular stone patio with bistro table and chairs sits alongside a larger paved seating area with a bench - an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A barbecue and garden recliners are stored in the shed, ready for you to make the most of the sunshine.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. We kindly ask that pets are kept downstairs, off the furniture, not left unattended in the property, and that all waste is cleaned up and disposed of appropriately.

A great location with a short walk to the sea. 3 good size bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 upstairs by the bedroom. Clean and well equipped kitchen. A good value for money place for my family and grandparents to stay while at the sea.

Stayed at Tide Haven with our two granddaughters and the accommodation was perfect. The bedrooms suited our needs and the whole house was just like our own. It is in a good position: short walk to the beach (the Dip), close to Old Felixstowe for a ferry trip and a few minutes in the car to Sainsbury’s. Kitchen had all that we needed and there was plenty of space to spread out. Would recommend and we shall return.

Lovely house, good for both long and short stays. Thoughtfully stocked to the hilt with ‘anything’ you might need in a holiday home. It was very clean, other than some drawers and trays needed a wipe over, which was not a problem. Felt very much at home. Had a couple of other small issues but these are being rectified I believe. Short walk to the sea front which was lovely, also a nice walk into town which has most of the shops you might need. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five was that the garden was not closed off and there were some communication issues with agent. Other than that I would have given 5 stars as it was a ‘perfect house for a holiday!’
