Please note that this is a well-loved family house in a residential area, so not suited to noisy parties.
Accommodation throughout is of a three-star standard as opposed to luxury. Bedrooms are spread over three double rooms (one with a king size bed) on the ground floor, with a fourth on the first floor where you'll also find the 'dormitory' where eight children can sleep and have bags of fun!
An added bonus is the massive garden which wraps around the house and has a dining area complete with a pizza oven, a terrace by the conservatory with casual seating, and space at the side of the house where you can play ball games or simply run around. In the winter months, the open fire is particularly appealing.
Waldringfield is just a short walk from the well-known Maybush pub. There are miles of wonderful footpaths and cycle routes to explore, sailing at Waldringfield Sailing Club, as well as the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the historic town of Woodbridge and picturesque Aldeburgh - plenty for guests of all ages!
The ground floor has disabled access.
You're welcomed into the hall at the centre of the house with the stairs ahead of you, three bedrooms and bathroom to your left, living room ahead of you and kitchen with conservatory beyond to your right.

The large garden is particularly special for families, recently landscaped with pretty borders and shrubs as well as a lawn for children to run around on, and outdoor furniture so you can have some fun cooking in the pizza oven and dine in the fresh air. Children of all ages will enjoy the big playground a short walk away, where there's lots of fun equipment and a safe space for older children to play ball games without the risk of damaging the garden or property. There's off street parking for three cars beside the house.

Het verblijf bood een gezellige en charmante omgeving met een mooie tuin, wat meteen zorgde voor een aangename sfeer. Het huisje zelf was ruim en had veel karakter, al liet de isolatie in de muren wat te wensen over. De pizzaoven was een absoluut pluspunt en droeg bij aan de beleving. Voor groepen is het zeker geschikt, al was het soms wat krap om met iedereen samen aan tafel te zitten, aangezien er slechts plaats was voor acht personen. Tot slot was er een klein praktisch minpuntje: de wifi-gegevens bleken niet correct te zijn. Over het algemeen een fijne accommodatie.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Felt the house could have been a lot cleaner. For example there was only one very old and dirty dish cloth which we could not use. Some of the items in the kitchen cupboards just seemed to have been chucked in on top of each other. ex saucepans. Saying all that, we did enjoy staying at the house. With just a little more care and attention, this could be a perfect property.

Prachtig huis, top locatie . Veel gedateerder dan de foto’s laten zien maar dat was voor ons juist prima. Heerlijke bedden met superfijne lakens . We waren met 14 personen, daar was de keuken niet op voorbereid , we kwamen van alles 2 tekort; bestek, schalen..etc. Wij zijn heel creatief dus het heeft zich prima opgelost. Er ontbraken grote pannen die na veelvuldig gebel , 3x, eindelijk werden bezorgd . Het waren precies de pannen die weg waren. Dus graag bij gebruik door anderen op tijd inleveren want met 14 koken in kleine pannetjes werkt niet. De tuin is fantastisch . Echt we hebben genoten en raden het zeker aan voor een grote groep. Nog een kleine tip: een goede bezem en stofzuiger helpt om de boel netjes achter te laten . Het was nu echt behelpen . Verder echt een top huis en heel sfeervol.
