The space

You’re welcomed into the hallway with stairs rising to the first floor, a door ahead of you to the cloakroom and, to your right, into the kitchen and living/dining space beyond.

KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM
Ideal for socialising with family and friends at any time of the year with folding doors for indoor/outdoor living in the summer months and a wood burner for cosy winter stays. You enter the kitchen with a breakfast table and three chairs. The room wraps around to the dining area with an extendable table to seat eight, and the comfortable sitting area, furnished with a generous sofa, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with a four-ring gas hob and extractor, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer with four shelves and a veg drawer in the fridge and one deep freezer drawer, a DeLonghi coffee machine and milk frother (please bring your own pods, standard Nespresso size), a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine is concealed in the under-stairs cupboard.

CLOAKROOM
Simply with a WC and wash basin.

FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs with a handrail rise straight to the first floor where you’ll find doors to two bedrooms, a shower room, and a snug leading to the top bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

BEDROOM ONE
The handsome double bed takes pride of place in this smart light and large bedroom decorated in marine blue. Storage is supplied in a chest of drawers and a hanging rail with a couple of shelves.

BEDROOM TWO
A compact bedroom with a sturdy but low double bed, a handy desk/dressing table, and a built-in cupboard with some hanging and shelf space so you can unpack and settle in.

SHOWER ROOM
Conveniently located for guests in both bedrooms 1 and 2, this sunny modern room has a shower cubicle with both hand and rain shower heads, a wash basin with storage beneath, a WC a heated towel rail (towels will be supplied for all guests) and a WC. There is a shower seat and a grab rail for any guests with mobility issues.

BEDROOM THREE
The door opens from the landing into a cosy reading room, perfect for anyone wanting a bit of peace and quiet with a good book! Stairs rise from here to the bedroom in the eaves (tall guests will need to duck a little!).
The king size bed sits between bedside tables and there’s a hanging rail and a chest of drawers for your clothes.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
A beautiful bathroom with natural light. The L-shaped bath has rain and hand-held shower heads and a concertina screen, there’s a WC, a wash basin and a heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
Cundy’s Marsh is a cul-de-sac off Barley Lands, just a short walk into town or to the beach, with unrestricted parking beside the house.
At the back is a pretty and fully enclosed garden where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day as it moves around. Enjoy dining al fresco with outdoor furniture provided, or relax and soak up the sun on the bench in the gazebo. There’s a side gate from the front of the house so you can wheel bikes in to secure in the garage (not accessible for parking) where you’ll find a travel cot and high chair, a tumble dryer and a rotary drying line.
