We had a great time in Southwold. We celebrated our Golden Wedding anniversary at the house and had a fantastic time with our family.

The Pink House was absolutely perfect. The house is so lovely, spacious and has everything you need. Our big family (7 adults and 4 kids) had plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The hosts were great and sorted one problem we had very quickly. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped. The location was absolutely brilliant so easy to get to the beach and the town. We also rented the beach hut from them which was great and again very well equipped! Can’t recommend this house enough and hope we can come back again one day! Thank you.

Overall this is a great house for large groups in an excellent location. There were 9 of us including a baby so loads of space - which was brilliant. This was our first visit to Southwold. It’s a lovely place. Excellent kitchen and lounge. In short a beautiful house near the beach. In general it scored very highly for us. The owners perhaps need to consider some upgrades to the rear of the house and the tv set up, to make this a truly remarkable find. We would also have welcomed some fans - it was very hot and humid at night!

Beautiful house with loads of room in the lounge and huge kitchen. Chester Road was very handy for pubs, shops and restaurants and of course the famous Adnams Brewery and the beach. I have stayed in many Airbnb's but the Pink House has got to be the very best. There were plenty of bathrooms/toilets and really clean bedrooms, there was a small yard to the back of the house with a table and chairs to take in some sunshine. I don't usually go back to the same place but I'd make an exception with this fabulous place. Thanks for the memories of both this place and the wonderful Suffolk Coast Path which we managed to achieve in six glorious days. Best Wishes, John Driver

Such a fabulous house for a big group. Perfect location and lots of space. The 3-D floor plan was really helpful. If you like a BBQ you will have to bring your own, but courtyard garden is a great outdoor space. Comms with the agency was excellent and very positive. Would stay again !!

Lovely terrace house with plenty of space for a large family gathering. Very close to the seafront and the town with a side seaview. We were worried there wouldn't be enough street parking but we didn't have a problem. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need although we had a problem with a couple of the appliances. Someone did come out to help but were unable to fix the problems so that was a minor inconvenience. Everything was clean and tidy and matched the description and photographs. There were games, puzzles and toys should you need them. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again.

We had a lovely stay at the Pink House for 3 nights with our family group of 11. It was clean and tidy throughout with a great sized kitchen/diner. We had a takeaway on the first evening then went to different restaurants on the other days, all within walking distance. We didn’t spend long on at the beach as it was a bit too cold at the time but it was only short walk away. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
