The space

A private door to the apartment takes you into a hallway with space to leave your footwear and coats before ascending the carpeted stairs to the kitchen. There’s also a fire door in case of emergency.

KITCHEN
Compact and cleverly designed so that you have everything you need to cater at home if you’d like too (plenty of take-aways and restaurants around if not!). There’s an electric cooker with a separate grill and four rings, a microwave, small fridge with ice compartment, a washer/dryer, and the essential kettle and toaster.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
Step down to this large room with its comfy sofa and chairs, TV, gas fire for cosy evenings, table with four chairs, and a wonderfully cosy nook in the bay window overlooking the high street so you can curl up with a book or simply watch the world go by.

FRONT BEDROOM
Light floods this large room thanks to the bay window. The king size bed sits between bedside drawers and there’s additional storage in a big wardrobe with hanging and shelf space; plus a pretty little chair in the corner.

BACK BEDROOM
A zip and link king size bed gives you the option of a king or twin here (please be sure to request king in advance if you prefer, otherwise it will be made up as twin). There’s a large chest of drawers so you can unpack, as well as a bedside unit and towel rack.

BATHROOM
Conveniently close to both bedrooms, this smart bathroom has a hand-held shower and screen over the bath, a WC, wash-basin with storage beneath, a towel rail (towels are provided for all guests), and natural light.

OUTSIDE
The Nest is at the far end of the high street with restricted roadside parking close by, and unrestricted on roads up the hill, or in local car parks. Whilst there’s no outside space you’re very close to the beach and the marshes for some refreshing walks.
