This comfortable contemporary studio with parking for one car is ideal for a romantic break or a short corporate stay if you’re in Suffolk on business. Interiors are well-designed with the main area furnished with a double bed and a kitchen/living/dining area with basic cooking facilities to cater at home, plus a neat shower room.

The space

Step up from the patio into this cosy accommodation where you’ll find the double-sized bed between drawer units and additional storage in a bench, a wall mounted shelf and clothes rail, plus a coat stand.
The kitchen area is equipped with a built-in combination oven with hot air and microwave options, a two ring ceramic hob, a coffee machine (please bring standard sized Nespresso pods), and an under-counter fridge (sorry no freezer compartment but the pub is close by!).
A couple of comfy upholstered chairs are the perfect place to sit with a good book, watch your favourite programmes on the wall mounted TV, or enjoy some home cooking at the table.

SHOWER ROOM
A compact modern room with a step up to the shower cubicle with an electric shower, a wash-basin with storage beneath, a WC, natural light, and a heated towel rail (towels will be supplied for you).

OUTSIDE
The Nesst sits in the garden at the back of 7 The Haven in the heart of Thorpeness; just an easy walk to the popular Meare, excellent Dolphin Inn, and the long shingle beach bordering the sea. There’s parking for one car at the back, close to the fence, with a gate and step down to your private patio, furnished with a bistro style table and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and sea air.
Whilst the owners’ house is quite close, they tend to use the front garden when they’re staying so you’re not likely to be disturbed and they’ll certainly respect your privacy.
