We had a wonderful 7‑day stay at Boundary Farm. The property is peaceful, well‑kept, and set in a beautiful rural location that made it easy to relax and unwind. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. It was also a great base for exploring Framlingham and the surrounding Suffolk countryside. Overall, a lovely place to spend a week and one we’d happily return to

Great location. Walking distance from a good pub/restaurant. Close to Framlingham (0.7 miles from the Parkrun). Loved the patio area and furniture. There were several small issues which need to be fixed but it wouldn’t stop us coming here again. Issues? Cafetière for 1??? How is that acceptable in an 8 person property. Outrageously priced electric charging. We used a standard 3 pin charger and were accused of electricity theft (bit harsh ). Front door hard to lock. BBQ cleaning tools not where stated (I brought my own). Kitchen table very wobbly. Games room very hot (I’m not sure it was made clear it was shared either). Frying pan / pots not big enough to do 8 people. Bird muck on wooden garden table. Leak outside on sink drain. Leak on downstairs toilet. Upstairs shower worked erratically and filled up to nearly overflowing point. Downstairs shower room extractor not working. No advance warning of what coffee machine pods required and none supplied. Key safe worn so hard to open.
