The Cottage is a delightful two bedroom dog friendly property tucked away between the high street and the common, away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet only a stone's throw from the boutique shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach, iconic pier and beach hut lined promenade.
With a pretty enclosed garden, and the all important private parking space, it's a perfect place for a seaside holiday or a short break at any time of the year with friends and family.

The space

Step into the welcoming entrance hall with coat pegs and a boot rack to leave all your bags, coats and shoes.

To the right is the open plan lounge / kitchen / dining room.
The cosy lounge is bright and airy and has a sofa and two armchairs, Smart TV and a log burner (NOT IN USE UNTIL THE WINTER). Step down to the kitchen and window seat, perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee looking out to the beautiful garden, and church in the background.
The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-ring gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Windows run along the front of the cottage making this a bright and airy space.

To the left hand side of the entrance hall is the downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms:
Bedroom one is a generous sized room with a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing table and chairs. Windows looking out to the garden bring in lots of natural light.

Step up to bedroom two which has two twin beds and a velux window. Just outside the bedroom is a small area with hanging rail and storage. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs used for blocking off the stairs

Outside there is private secluded garden, at the end of the main garden for exclusive use by guests. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with trees and shrubs.
There is another exit at the side of the cottage that brings you out to the high street, so the ideal location for the beach and the shops and restaurants.
