You’re welcomed into a small hall with the door to the double on your left and to the living/kitchen/dining room on the right with the main bedroom and bathroom beyond. Hard flooring runs throughout and there’s a cupboard with space for coats and games and a jigsaw for fun times.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Cleverly designed, this contemporary room has a circular table in the bay window with a window seat and a couple of chairs so you can gaze out to sea whilst dining in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen runs along one wall and is well-equipped for catering at home with an integrated electric oven and hob with extractor above, a slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge (three shelves and a salad drawer), a small freezer (43 litres) above, a Brewsly filter machine, a toaster and kettle. A comfortable two-seater sofa and a couple of extra chairs invite you to relax in front of the electric coal effect fire and enjoy your favourite programme on the smart TV offering Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Rakuten with your own account. There's additional entertainment with a Bluetooth speaker and a stereo system with a CD player and radio.
MAIN BEDROOM
The king-size bed takes pride of place in this crisp clean bedroom sitting quietly at the back of the apartment. A large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, plus bedside drawers and a chest of drawers gives ample storage for you to unpack and settle in. There are also a couple of extra chairs by the window so you can sit with a good book and a bit of peace and quiet, or move them to the dining table if you have visitors.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Relax in the luxurious free-standing slipper bath which has a hand shower over it. The room’s also fitted with a WC, wash basin, shelves for your toiletries and has a window giving natural light.
FRONT BEDROOM
Wake to the sun rising over the sea in this lovely light room which has a window seat so you can make the most of the view. The bed’s a double and there’s a good sized wardrobe with a shelf and a drawer for your clothes.
EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM
Sitting between the bedroom and the utility room; fitted with a double shower cubicle (with a lip into it) with both fixed and hand-held shower heads, a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail (towels are provided).
UTILITY ROOM
Neatly tucked away behind the shower room; housing washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE
Watch the world go by whilst sitting on the patio which runs along the front of the apartment with just Crag Path between you and the beach, a fish shack conveniently opposite, and the high street literally round the corner. There are four rattan chairs with cushions, a dining table and four chairs for dining in the sea air.

A lovely located property, a few steps from stretches of peaceful beach. The property itself is spacious (perfect for two adults and a Labrador) and located perfectly for exploring Aldeburgh. Unfortunately we had issues will the boiler on our stay which required people to come in a few times over our trip to repair, which did somewhat hinder the relaxation of our trip. However Stay in Suffolk were proactive in getting it fixed. As noted in some other reviews, the property could do with a freshen up as it felt a little tired. Overall the property is perfect for a long weekend in Aldeburgh and we'd likely return.

Beautiful apartment right on the sea front. Quite pricey but then it is Aldeburgh, a beautiful place! The apartment was gorgeous, really comfy beds, lovely pillows and duvet, position was stunning! We managed to get parked right outside the flat too. Just a 3 min walk to high street which has beautiful shops and restaurants and a co-op for any last minute needs. The gated front yard was great also for just letting your furry friends out. We loved our stay. Thank you!

We feel this is a home from home after our third visit. And we have booked a fourth already! The location is perfect - right on the beach and close to all shops and restaurants, but still wonderfully quiet. The main bathroom loo seat is very uncomfortable - please change if possible - but that is the only gripe. Parking is not always easy but we've usually managed to find a place close by. For one of us who has mobility problems the flat is really great - very few steps and great walks on the doorstep

Crag Path is a great location, facing onto the lovely beach and close to the high street. Even on a May bank holiday it felt peaceful. Nice restaurants and the wonderful Two Magpies bakery are close by. Apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a nice style. Would benefit from a lick of paint in a few places.

The location was perfect and we even managed to park both cars right outside. The apartment was lovely although there were a few small issues. The water pressure in both bathrooms was dreadful, so bad that you couldn’t wash the soap out of your hair and you struggled to fill the bath even a quarter full. The place was great and although it’s dog friendly, there were tufts of grey dog hair in places (our dog is ginger and doesn’t shed) and I was sneezing an awful lot as a result. The other thing was that they requested the beds to be stripped which was absolutely fine but I wasn’t prepared for the state of the pillows once I had taken off the pillow cases and protectors. We were all a little dismayed at the colour and the stains and really wish I hadn’t have seen them but unfortunately I did… Apart from that the place was ideal and prefect location. It had evening you needed and the beds were comfortable.

Great location central to the town with amenities close by. Very comfortable accommodation just as described in particulars and well equipped apartment. We appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival! Beautiful outlook onto the beach. The front garden looked a bit tired with dead plants in pots and outdoor furniture needing a wash which was a shame as everything else was so nicely presented.

We had a great time at the apartment. Place nice and clean and appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival. Centrally located, don't necessarily need a car. Facilities all good but we had a problem with the dishwasher and the hob not working but it was a new kitchen - so may be teething problems. Luckily we went out for food! Also the outdoor furniture at the front was covered in seagull poo, which had been there a while and I would have thought this should have been cleaned off before guest arrived. I had to do this myself! These are only minor issues though and we would definitely book to stay there again without hesitation.
