GROUND FLOOR
You’re welcomed into the clean and fresh, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sink, kettle and Sonos speaker.
There is a fantastic open-plan living / dining room with a dining table and corner bench, a couple of sofas, a coffee table and an electric fireplace. The smart TV has access to all streaming platforms including Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Amazon etc. Please note you will need to use your own accounts to access these platforms and we advise you sign out of them before you leave.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms, with the main one boasting a king-size bed, bedside tables, large mirror, armchair and chest of drawers. The second and third bedrooms are both cosy, comfortable spaces with double beds each with a bedside table, mirror and white shutter blinds.
There are two bright and modern bathrooms, one with a shower bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC and the second with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC
OUTSIDE
Seaway Cottage has a small courtyard at the back of the property, perfect for storing bicycles. Please note this is a shared courtyard with the neighbour so only use the space directly outside the back door and in front of the shed that is directly outside the back door. Thank you.

We chose Seaway Cottage as it was close to the beach and to the centre of Aldeburgh. It’s in a perfect location within easy reach of everything you could need - Co-op, shops, restaurants and post office only a few minutes walk. On a side alley with no passing traffic so not too busy and quiet. We found free parking spaces near to the cottage everyday. The cottage was as described; with very comfortable sofas and beds. We enjoyed our stay.

House is in a great location and ideally located across from the beach and a couple of minutes from the high street. Property looks a bit tired, needs a good paint and maybe clean/replace the downstairs carpets.

The location was brilliant as right by Beach which is what we were looking for. We are very familiar with the area. The cottage itself was fine. 3 bedrooms, bathroom and chowder and 2 toilets and things like toilet roll, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc were available so that was great. Key issues for us were 1. Carpet really dirty and stained in living room 2. No microwave which I thought would be a given in most places 3. The kitchen lacked basic utensils (no cheese grater, no weighing scales, no whisk etc 4. There was no hoover or dust pan and brush to ensure place was clean on leaving. 5. None of the coffee appliances were working and as coffee lovers this was a pain! A simple cafetière would be fine! I have fed this back and they are looking into it and apologised for inconvenience. That said we had a lovely weekend and it would not stop us going back.

We had a lovely time staying here. As a group of 6 the house felt adequate, however the dining table felt snug with only one additional chair and there wasn't 6 of everything, so bare that in mind if visiting with a few people!
