Other Things to note:
TERRACE
Please note the large terrace can be slippery when it’s icy and wet - so please be careful and wear sensible shoes.
- Please be aware that we do allow children from the age of 6 but because of the steep staircase, it is your responsibility to control your children.
- Please be careful not to spill anything that might stain it and certainly NO barbeques please.
- The picnic table is heavy, so please don’t drag it around the decking.
- Our unique beach seat is a Strandkorb - popular all along the Dutch and German North Sea coasts.

Please be aware that Sealoft is closely linked to adjoining houses where our friends and neighbours live so please enjoy and respect the shared space and avoid noisy revelries.

The boot box by the door is there to store muddy shoes and boots, so please be careful not to tread dirt through the house

Blankets are on the bench by the dining table in the corner. Please bring them inside and return them when you’re finished on the decking.

Please be careful with the bathroom door handle and the shower screen to make sure they don’t knock into one another when open.

If you need a baby cot, please let our Stay In Suffolk Team know before you arrive.

A gorgeous apartment with a stunning view of the sea. The huge rooftop terrace was a highlight! Will definitely be coming back again soon

The Sealoft is a lovely place to stay, great location near shops and restaurants and the sea front. The flat is very comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and has all the things you need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the seagulls’ antics and the swallows that nest near the seafront. You can park overnight and for two hours during day on the street, we also parked in front of the White Lion Hotel where it’s unrestricted (but this could get busy in peak season).

A fabulous couple of days away! The Sea Loft is beautiful, relaxing and wonderfully located in Aldeburgh. Only regret was that we were there for just 2 nights! Lovely sundeck with Seaview and super comfy bed! Everything you needed plus great range of books! Thank you and all the best for a great season ahead.

lovely flat, terrific views and the Stay In Suffolk team were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any communication. We had a brilliant Easter weekend trip visiting local friends and family. The only negative has been that the owner (not Stay in Suffolk) has made claims that we damaged a bowl that had nothing to do with us. We wouldn't stay here again because of this which is a shame as we really did love it.

Clean, tastefullly decorated and furnished. We loved the art. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable for 4 guests. The rooftop terrace is an excellent feature with great views to the sea. Some may find the stairs up to the apartment challenging if not so mobile. Small detail, but leaving a few sachets of instant coffee and UHT milk as a complementary gesture is a little pointless. Since there is a coffee machine and a milk frother, a few coffee pods for the machine and some fresh milk surely wouldn’t have broken the bank. Perhaps consider some other welcoming complementary items such as locally produced bread, packet of crisps or at least some shower gel on the bathrooms. Not expensive things but small details count, and encourage repeat bookings. Surely the Suffolk Stays profit margin is not that small that it wouldn’t allow this.

Excellent communication throughout. This place is in a prime location with sea views from the lounge and terrace. Its position is central to everything. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. Will definitely stay again in the future.
