TOP FLOOR SUITE
Sun streams in through the skylights and you can glimpse the sea between between the rooftops. The double bed sits between bedside drawers and there’s additional storage in a chest of drawers and blanket chest.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The corner shower cubicle has a hand-held shower and there’s a WC, wash basin with vanity unity beneath it, a heated towel rail, and natural light from the skylight.
OUTSIDE
This mid-terraced house has off-road parking for two cars at the front and unrestricted roadside parking on the high street, as well as the Fort Green car park just a short walk away. The back of the house is conveniently close to The Brudenell Hotel with all the other great amenities of Aldeburgh close by - pubs, fish and chip shops, galleries, shops etc.
The garden at the back is fully enclosed with a big patio area and artificial turf in between that and a wonderful raised seating area complete with a fireplace and an outside shower cubicle - perfect after a swim in the sea or a day sailing!

Perfect location with good spacious kitchen and garden areas to eat and all chill. Owner was great and responded quickly once an issue had been communicated by Stay in Suffolk but took several hoes at letting them know an issue which they kept responding to with an alternative that we had been given the answer to. This meant we could not access the seating area cushions for the first weekend which was frustrating. Aside from this and a dirty grill area without lighter initially and dirty outside seats was great and would go back as good layout with style for family of 5 and 2 dogs.
