Located at the far end of Aldeburgh high street, Oysters is a stunning three storey house with fantastic indoor/outdoor living and off-street parking just a few steps from the beach and vibrant shops and eateries. Interiors are beautifully furnished with a well-equipped and sociable living/kitchen/dining room; extra cosy lounge; three bedrooms furnished with king and two double beds, an en-suite shower room, family bathroom and fun outside shower.

The space

FRONT BEDROOM
The king size bed has bedside cubby holes on either side for books, and plenty of storage in a wardrobe, plus a handy dressing table which could double up as a desk for guests needing to work from home.

GARDEN BEDROOM
A French style double bed sits between bedside drawers and there’s a coat stand and drawers for your clothes.

FAMILY BATHROOM
Well positioned for guests in the front and garden bedrooms; and fitted with a hand-held shower over the bath, a wash basin, WC, natural light, and a heated towel rail with towels supplied for all guests.

TOP FLOOR SUITE
Sun streams in through the skylights and you can glimpse the sea between between the rooftops. The double bed sits between bedside drawers and there’s additional storage in a chest of drawers and blanket chest.

EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The corner shower cubicle has a hand-held shower and there’s a WC, wash basin with vanity unity beneath it, a heated towel rail, and natural light from the skylight.

OUTSIDE
This mid-terraced house has off-road parking for two cars at the front and unrestricted roadside parking on the high street, as well as the Fort Green car park just a short walk away. The back of the house is conveniently close to The Brudenell Hotel with all the other great amenities of Aldeburgh close by - pubs, fish and chip shops, galleries, shops etc.
The garden at the back is fully enclosed with a big patio area and artificial turf in between that and a wonderful raised seating area complete with a fireplace and an outside shower cubicle - perfect after a swim in the sea or a day sailing!
