1 baths Tucked away on North Green, Olivers is a sweet, cosy cottage set back from the road making it a peaceful spot, yet only a short walk to all that Southwold has to offer.
Open the front door and step into the bright and cosy lounge with a TV, two, 2-seater sofa to snuggle on and watch a film, or relax with a book after a day at the beach, and an open fire, for those chilly winter evenings.
This leads into the dining room with a table and chairs to comfortably seat 4, should you wish to dine in.
This flows nicely into the well equipped galley kitchen, with washing machine, fridge (with ice box compartment), electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
At the end of the ground floor is the family bathroom with WC, wash basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Dual aspect windows let in natural light.
The steep stairs lead to the 2 comfortable bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 looks out to the front of the house, with light flooding in through the windows, it has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom 2 looks out to the courtyard garden and has two single beds, a bedside table and a hand basin.
At the rear, there is a courtyard garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, dine al fresco or just relax with a glass of your favourite tipple.

Was a little difficult to find even with the detailed instructions, but when youre sorted its a great location only a few mins walk from the high street. The fish and chips shop just up the road was amazing and well worth a visit or takeaway. Massive portions.

Absolutely lovely little cottage within 5 minutes walk of high street and 5-10 min walk to town. As others have said the stairs are VERY steep and there’s no hand rail so be prepared. Also if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend an eye mask as the smoke alarm flashes intermittently to show it’s working. Otherwise, beautiful stay. Very clean, beds super comfy and communications really good.

Had a great week in this pretty village, everything is accessible and lots to do. An old fashioned holiday. The cottage was perfect, and as described. Had everything we needed for 4 adults. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location for Southwold. It is nicely decorated ( approximately for the location) with nice little touches ( tea, biscuits, games etc).

Lovely little cottage, great location. Perfect for 2 Besties to have a weekend away. Just 2 notes to point out, water was bearly hot and the door knob in the main front bedroom came off in my hand!

Beautiful cozy cottage, with lovely details and spotlessly clean. Good position for shops and all the beauty of Southwold. Kitchen is small, but just about workable, we didn’t cook very much. Apart from not knowing there were two keysafes and wasted an hour trying to get in, we had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay, it’s an easy walk into town and to all the local amenities. The cottage was as described and lovely and clean. Only points of note are, if you have not got great mobility, the stairs are very steep. Lack of parking also not ideal, took us quite a while to find on street parking close to the property.
