You’re welcomed into the charming open plan living space with some exposed beams, a two-seater sofa, table, and chairs, should you wish to dine in, and a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, free-standing full-size fridge / freezer, small integrated dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, toaster, and kettle. With glazed doors and windows looking out to the countryside, this is a lovely light and airy space. There is underfloor heating throughout the property making it lovely and cosy in the cooler months.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, hand basin with a cupboard below, heated towel rail, large mirror with touch button lighting.
There is an enclosed paved garden with garden furniture, the perfect spot to dine al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun
Parking for one car. EV Charger (if you are staying a week or more please let us know as this will a cost of £25 per week, or if you just require a top up, it's £7)

Great accommodation, exactly as described, peaceful and close enough to visit Southwold, Oulton Broad etc. Host friendly and helpful, we had a small issue with the bathroom, the hosts came over quickly and resolved the issue. An excellent all round experience and would highly recommend.

We had best stay at Meadow View over the New Year, it was perfect from start to finish. Gorgeous location in the countryside, only a short 15 minute drive to Southwold. The hosts left us some lovely treats upon arrival which were really appreciated. The house was spotlessly clean, lovely decor, underfloor heating and a comfy bed! The car port makes it really easy to access too especially with our dog. It felt like everything was really well thought out and the hosts were on hand throughout the whole stay. Thanks so much x

We loved 'Meadow View', easy to find, could park in the car port and secure access to the property. There were croissants, jam, milk, water and eggs on arrival which was a lovely surprise! The accomodation was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed for a short break. The heating was great, good smart TV options too. Unfortunately the day before people had been to adjust the fridge so when we arrived the fridge was cold but we didn't realise it wasn't on as the workers had switched it off. However, with the owners and Stay in Suffolk's help we got this sorted very quickly. Dee was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. Stay in Suffolk was also helpful when we contacted them. The only down side was we just wasn't able to access the WiFi which is in the owner's nearby house. There is a booster in the accommodation but it didn't work for us, we believe it may have been down the the high winds/rain a few days previously. Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay!
