There's one parking space through a gate at the side of the house, the entrance is quite tight for a big car, particularly if someone's parked opposite, however there is paid parking in Oakley Square car park next door and some unrestricted parking nearby at Market Cross Place. Enjoy al fresco dining in the fully enclosed courtyard where you'll find a dining table and chairs. A path runs down the side of the house and through a gate for easy access and there’s a door into the utility room.
Great stay. House was very clean and has ample space for a family of 4. Home from home. I couldn’t fit my car ( small SUV) through the rear gates . Plenty of nearby parking at this time of year .
Lovely house in a great location.
Lovely house in a superb location in a lovely town
Perfect location and beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
Can’t fault the house and hosting. Perfect for us.
The house is spacious across three levels, nicely decorated, and very well located for Aldeburgh beach and the high street. The kitchen is well equipped and the host company were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and this combined with the fact they are doubles rather than king size meant we didn’t sleep well all week. This was a real downside to what is otherwise a great property. It also felt a little strange that for such a well equipped house there was an additional charge suggested for hiring a high chair (£25!) even though one was already provided. Overall, the property has a lot going for it, but the poor sleep quality means we wouldn’t return.
Lovely place with high ceilings and great decor. The beds were really comfortable and the bedlinen was fresh and crisp. The shower was amazing. It was positioned perfectly and with the window open you could hear the sea, close the window and you were in your own cosy space. Highly recommend this place it’s lovely
Absolutely stunning. This is the best place we’ve stayed in Aldeburgh
Great house in a great location - thank you

Great location, perfect to be able to potter instantly to the beach and town. The car space was great, albeit it an absolute terror to get into. Our small SUV just about fit but it took a 10 point turn at times when cars are parked opposite the gate. The main issue with this stay was the incredibly uncomfortable beds. Sagging mattresses and springs sticking into us meant we all slept pretty terribly. For the price point, it was a shame a good sleep evaded us. Otherwise a good stay in a brilliant location with comfortable living spaces.
