The space

A well presented basement flat in the heart of Saxmundham, set within a characterful Victorian building and ideal for contractors or professionals looking for a comfortable, practical base.

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped, with warm timber worktops, mustard tiling and a breakfast bar with stools. Everything you need is there for cooking after a long day, and the layout works well for two people sharing.

The living space is open and comfortable, giving you somewhere to properly switch off in the evenings.
Both bedrooms are doubles, finished to a good standard with clean linen and towels provided. Each has its own feel, with a ceiling fan, armchair and bedside lamp. One bedroom also has a wall mounted TV and a solid timber wardrobe.
