Ground floor, second bedroom: double bed, bedside units, chest of drawers and TV.
Third bedroom: double bed with bedside units and storage, and TV.

Bathrooms

Shower room: shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Main bathroom: roll-top bath with shower, wash basin with vanity unit, mirror, WC and heated towel rail. Towels are provided.

Kitchen
A modern, fully equipped kitchen with units on three sides. It has an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster, plus a breakfast bar with stools.

Dining and living area
A dining table with chairs, a sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV with streaming apps including Netflix.

Outside
A small rear patio with a bistro table and chairs. Off-street parking for one car, with additional parking nearby.

Location
The Bell Hotel and local eateries are on the doorstep. The station is a short walk away, with trains to London Liverpool Street in under two hours. Bike hire is available locally for exploring the area.
