Kipper Cottage is a hidden gem, tucked away off a busy street with the luxury of having a private parking space.
The front door opens into the bright and airy open plan lounge / kitchen / diner. The high ceilings and Velux window makes this feel spacious and inviting. The lounge area has a two-seater sofa and two armchairs where you can relax and watch your favourite programs or films on the Smart TV. The well equipped modern kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and oven, an integrated fridge with a small freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a table and 4 chairs should you wish to dine in.
Door leads to the downstairs bathroom with a bath with a waterfall shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Ground floor bedroom with twin beds, bedside table and a cupboard with shelving and hanging space for your clothes.
Stairs lead to the second bedroom with a kingsize bed, two bedside tables and hooks for hanging clothes. A window looks out to the front and brings in natural light making this a lovely bright room.
Outside there is a private parking space and a small open courtyard area where can relax on those summer evenings with a glass of your favourite tipple and soak up the sun.

A fantastic place in an excellent location. Perfectly situated in the heart of town and with a dedicated parking space. Kipper cottage is kitted out well, it’s comfortable and is furnished well and to a nice spec too. We would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic property right in the heart of Southwold. Cannot beat the location, and the parking spot! Property was comfortable, secure, cosy, and perfect for our family and dog. Highly recommend, and can't wait to rebook. Special shout out to Nicki at Stay In Suffolk agency who was extremely helpful.
