The space

Step into the bright and airy conservatory that looks out on to the fields to the back and garden to the side. There is a table and chairs, hooks for your coats and a boot rack to leave your shoes and bags while you go and explore the rest of the house.

A door leads in to the open plan lounge / diner with two sofas, an armchair, table and chairs should you wish to dine in, and a log burner to snuggle up in front of on those cold winter evenings.
There is utility room off the lounge where you can find the condenser dryer, a sink, boot rack, a high chairs and cushions for the garden furniture.

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and a DeLonghi coffee machine. A serving hatch leads out to the conservatory so you can pass ice cold wine to your friends / family. Windows look out to the fields and bring in lots of natural light.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with a shower over, WC and hand basin. Windows look out to the fields at the back

Between the kitchen and bathroom there is an area with a washing machine and freezer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms

Bedroom 1:
Has a double bed and two bedside tables. Dual aspect makes this a light and airy room.
There is an "ensuite" cloakroom with a WC and hand basin

Bedroom 2:
Has a double bed, bedside table and a desk and chair, build in wardrobe with hanging space.

Bedroom 3:
Has two cot beds (70x140cm) with open side, plus a safety rail. Suitable for up 5 years old.

Outside is a generous sized garden which surrounds the house, and overlooks the fields at the back. It is mainly laid to lawn with some trees and shrubs, there are two swings and a slide. There is garden furniture in the main garden at the back and at the side of the house.

Peasenhall is popular among visitors who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of busier towns and cities.
Those who travel to the village will find a good range of local shops and a great tearoom. At one end of the village, there is Weavers Tea Room which serves a selection of home-made foods.
In the village you will also find Emmett's which has been a mainstay in Peasenhall and dates back to 1820 and is also believed to be the oldest artisan ham and bacon producer in the UK.

There are a number of great walks around the east Suffolk village.
Several walks pass through neighbouring towns and villages which is a great way to explore the nearby area.
Walks range from anywhere between one hour and four-and-a-half hours long.

Peasenhall is well-known for its prides of peacocks which roam the village throughout the year.
Peacocks are often joined by numerous chicks from June onwards.

Peasenhall is also a short drive away from RSPB Minsmere which is a great place to see lots of wildlife.
