The space

Step into the hall where there is a shoe / boot rack and hooks to leave your shoes and coats and go and explore what the house has to offer.
To the left of the entrance hall is the fully equipped kitchen / diner with integrated dishwasher, half free standing fridge / freezer, 4-ring induction hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Windows look out to the front bringing in natural light. There is a table and two chairs to sit and enjoy breakfast. There is also a dog basket, water bowl and treats so that the dog doesn't feel left out.

The lounge has a large comfy sofa, coffee table and Smart TV. There is a log burner, making it lovely and cosy for those chilly winter evenings. Doors lead out to the generous sized garden, part laid to lawn and part pebble stones with garden table and chairs, umbrella and barbecue. A real sun trap in the summer. and the perfect space to dine al fresco or just relax and soak up the sun with a cold gin and tonic and listen to the wildlife, and if you're lucky, you might spot the beautiful woodpeckers who are resident in the surrounding trees.

The bedroom has a super king bed (which can be made into twins if requested), two bedside tables, and a mirrored wardrobe with drawers below. Duel aspect windows bring in natural light making it a light and airy room.

The bathroom has a hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, and a bath with a waterfall shower over. A half frosted window looks out to the front and lets in natural light.

A real bonus is that the owners have added an outside warm dog hose to hose down your furry friends after a long walk in the fields or a day on the beach.

There is parking at the front of the property.

There is a log store in the garden and guests can buy logs for £5 a bag
