Such a gorgeous place to stay, beautiful secluded setting in lovely countryside, bungalow and annexe are generously proportioned, grounds are sumptuous and the large pool is a joy for kids and adults alike. Host super helpful.

We had a lovely last minute stay at Grove Farm Annexe with our 6 year old and 8 month old. It’s such a peaceful spot with beautiful gardens, perfect for a relaxed family break. The tyre swing was a huge hit with our son, and we all really enjoyed the pool, such a bonus to have. The annexe itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. A calm, welcoming place and we’d happily return.

We spent Easter weekend in the Annexe. The property is really well decorated and comfortable with everything you need. But the pool is amazing... The girls (4 &6) absolutely loved having the space to ourselves and the time slots worked well for us. Jock was so kind and spread some Easter magic for the girls which was incredibly thoughtful & appreciated. Hope to stay again in the future, many thanks!

we loved this place.. the grounds are beautiful full of apple trees. you feel like youre abroad.. the annexe is spacious. the indoor heated swimming pool is so nice,spacious and not common to find. John the owner is sick a lovely,friendly,helpful man. He welcomed us with freshly pressed apple jiice from the apple trees and gave us apple and rubhurb when we were going home. The 3 resident sheep are very friendly,especially one which will come over to be stroked. Woodbridge is such a lovely quaint village full of cafes and the Quay side is gorgeous. there's so much to do in villages nearby, both countryside and sea side villages. thank you so much John amd Imi. We definitely would like to return.

We had a most marvelous stay at grove farm. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and easygoing. The pool was absolutely amazing with many private hours allocated to us and we had a fabulous time there. The grounds are huge and well looked after with toys for the children to play. A most lovely holiday, highly recommended! Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely long weekend at Grove Annex. We picked it due to access to the pool as my daughter loves swimming, the pool is on a timetable with the other accommodation on site, but it worked for us. My daughter also loved the zip line in the garden. The accommodation was as described and very clean, my only criticism is that I felt the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and I will be messaging the host separately with a suggested list of additions. The area is very peaceful, although we could hear the people in the bungalow through the adjoining locked door - it didn’t disturb us. Overall it is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and would recommend to others.

Easy to find, really clean and tidy. The pool is brilliant with a timetable to prevent other user disturbing you. Plenty of ground for little ones to run about and stretch their legs. Really recommend! First Air B and B site used
