The property has a fabulous layout throughout with an open-plan dining area and sitting room that is flooded with natural light from large windows and French doors that open out onto a beautiful lawned garden.
A well-equipped, shaker-style kitchen with freestanding units is located just off the main living space and benefits from an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and butler sink. There is a shower room at the bottom of the stairs with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Upstairs there are two stylish and modern bedrooms. Bedroom one features a super king-size bed that can be separated into two singles-please let us know your preferred configuration at the time of booking. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys beautiful, far-reaching field views.

Fabulous stay at Gardiners Cottage. Everything as described. Private, clean and quiet accommodation, but also close to everything that Suffolk has to offer. Hosts were very welcoming too. Highly recommended!

Myself and my two friends had a lovely peaceful stay. The pond and garden brought the wildlife and made it a bit different. The country walk to Eye was straightforward and we were rewarded with the castle ruins, shops and food options. Great stay.

Lovely relaxing space, with a beautiful outlook. Very spacious, great for a larger party of people. Close to some lovely places to visit and a lovely pub called The Three Horseshoes, amazing meal!

I would say this place was style over substance. No nice little extras. Only a few tea bags. And a freezer full of someone elses food. Very odd. We couldn't get in when we arrived, but to give them thier due, they were quick to respond. There are things you need to know. The beds were rather hard. The towels, definitely exfoliating! Kitchen equipment very minimal. If you intend to cook I'd take what you need. But beautiful surroundings and a lovely sitting room with big windows to show off the beautiful spring garden.
