The space

This beautifully appointed house is bathed in natural light making it light and airy throughout and full of thoughtful interior touches.

Step into the hallway and into the double reception room on the right. With bay windows to the front and glazed doors leading out to the garden at the back this room is filled with natural light making it lovely and bright. To the front there is a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, two pouffes and a Smart TV. On chilly evenings you can curl up on the sofa in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and watch your favourite film or just enjoy a glass of wine, or two. At the other end of the room there are two more armchairs, a bureau full of games and a coffee table that you sit around and have a fun filled games night with all the family.

Following the hallway down towards the back there is a cloakroom and lots of space for coats, boots and bags to be stored.
This leads to the extended fully equipped kitchen /diner with newly fitted granite worktops, an induction hob and electric oven, integrated fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a breakfast bar at the end of the worktop with two stools where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
There is a table and chairs looking out onto the enclosed patio garden that comfortably seats 8 should you wish to dine in. With Velux windows and 3 doors leading out to the garden this room is also flooded with natural light.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms over two floors.

On the first floor, at the back there is a twin-bedded room with a bedside table, some hanging space and windows looking out to the garden.
The middle bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe and a dressing table with windows looking out to the side and garden at the back.
At the front of the house is the master bedroom with an ensuite. It has king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, table and chairs looking out to the front and onto The Common, perfect for walking the dog. The ensuite has a shower, WC and hand basin with frosted windows to the front.
The family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with a shower over, WC, hand basin, towel rail and windows to the side.

On the second floor there is generous sized room with a king size bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirrored dressing table and chair and hanging space. Large Velux windows look out over the neighbouring rooftops and make this a light and airy room. Please note the ceiling on this floor are low and sloping, being in the "attic" space.

Outside there is an enclosed patio garden surrounded by foliage and wildflowers with garden furniture, an ideal private place to dine al fresco with friends and family, or just relax and soak up the sun.

There is a garage available with Eversden for a medium sized car. It is No 2, located in the adjacent group of garages. There is also free on road parking outside the property.
