Great location and a pretty cottage but tired decor and outside space was shabby and not fit for purpose. It was also dusty and needs a good clean.

We, 2 elderly couples had a good time. Traffic was quite heavy in daytime but pleasantly quite at night. With the heat and therefore open Windows the night was only a bit disturbed by the gulls. Further a well equiped, pleasant house. Only the table in the courtyard was not suitable to eat at as the cutlery fell through continuously. A glass or other cover would have been nice

Very nice house, well equipped and furnished, plenty of room, and comfortable. nice to have a little outdoor area too. Slight issue with noise from pub but this ended at 11. We did get info on how to unlock the door as this had some peculiarities - we did get in ok but found it hard to work out how to get out. Given safety issues this really needs replacing please. Otherwise a really lovely house .
