At the heart of the property is a large, bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, perfect for cooking, socialising, and unwinding. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, while the living area showcases beautiful artwork and includes Starlink super-fast internet and a smart TV for all your streaming needs.
Step outside to a private lawned garden with decking and outdoor furniture – a lovely spot for morning coffees or relaxed evenings. There is also ample parking for two or more cars directly on the property.
For outdoor cooking, an electric BBQ is provided for guests' use. We kindly ask that guests do not use wood, charcoal, or any other fuel-powered BBQs on the property.
Curly Tail Barn is ideally located close to Debenham, where you’ll find local pubs, cafés, and everyday amenities. The historic market town of Framlingham is just a short drive away, offering independent shops, scenic walks, and its iconic castle.

Thanks for providing us with all facilities contained in Curly Tail Barn. We had an amazing time and being pet friendly was a well deserved bonus. Location of the barn is breathtaking. Lovely area for walks. Great fun here.

Hele mooie, propere, ruime, alleenstaande accommodatie voor 4 personen. Propere badkamer met douche en toilet. Volledig omheinde tuin wat voor ons een grote meerwaarde was daar we 3 honden meehadden. Dus geen stress daarvoor. Onze auto kon ook mooi geparkeerd worden op het domein van de accommodatie achter de poort. Mooie moderne keuken met Nespresso koffiemachine. Elektrische bbq buiten: Super! Super bedankt voor het welkomstpakket. Ook aan onze honden werd er gedacht: poepzakjes en hondensnoepjes. Super bedankt dat we onze 3 honden mochten meenemen. Super leuke avonden in de tuin gehad, voor een spelletje tijdens de aperitief, in afwachting van ons avondmaal. Vele dankbare groeten, Evelyne, Frederik, Jessey, Tess en onze 3 honden.

A peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Curly Tail Barn is the perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle. Everything we needed was there and the garden is secure meaning it’s perfect if you have a dog which we did. Plenty of good walks nearby.

Absolutely amazing stay and highly recommend. We had such a peaceful time and didn’t want to leave. The garden was just perfect for our four legged companion , all enclosed and secure. We stayed for a couple of nights with our dogs in June, the place was easy to find and in a nice quiet location. Check was easy and the host had provided clear instructions for our arrival. The space is as described in the pictures and perfect for up to 4 people. We visited during a recent heat wave so the barn did get very hot and there were no fans or an ac unit. The kitchen was clean and there was a dishwasher and washing machine available. The kitchen utensils are reasonable but id recommend taking your own knives and chopping boards if you plan to do any cooking - there are no basic pantry items present either including things like salt. There are no cleaning sprays, or a hoover/dustpan & brush so it was difficult to keep the space as clean as we would have liked unless we’d brought our own. Overall, I would definitely recommend the letting to anyone - with the caveat that they should take ALL items they will require throughout their stay and accept that the space will get messy

the property was clean and spacious , in a lovely spot and easily accessible to everywhere in Suffolk. the amenities were fantastic within the property and it felt so homely and well equipped. loved the area , it is beautiful to be so close to nature and was a relaxing place to stay. The only downside was having to leave and go back home. You do need to drive everywhere as I would not walk on the road to the beautiful Debenham as although its not a particularly busy road , the locals can drive a bit fast around blind bends, but enjoy Suffolk and stock up on the wine and relax in the wonderful curly tail barn

Beautiful location, sitting out in the deck watching and listening the birds was really wonderful! They had a good selection of things and having coffee & sugar already in the place made it just so much better! The house was lovely and relaxing, I would say the single beds mattresses are a bit thin but nothing too bad! Overall the place was amazing and great for a quiet peaceful stay! Lots of good walks just down the road as well!

The stay over Easter break at Curly Tail Barn was really great and paceful. it's an appropriate setting and was extremely good for our Cocker Spaniel. Overall, we had an amazing time in the Barn.

What a fabulous place Curly Tail Barn is! We enjoyed the surroundings and the local village of Debenham is super friendly and has plenty of good dog walks. The Lion pub did fabulous food, we can highly recommend it. Overall, a really lovely location and place to stay.
