The space

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM
This superb space lends itself to indoor/outdoor living in the summer months with a wall of sliding windows opening onto the terrace. For a cosy winter stay there’s underfloor heating and a stylish inset wood burner in the sitting area with a 65” wall-mounted Smart TV above it with generous sofas, a footstool and a coffee table inviting you to relax in the comfort of your holiday home.
The kitchen/dining area also opens conveniently onto the terrace with a handsome table and chairs for outdoor dining and another inside for cooler months. The kitchen wraps around with a sociable peninsula island furnished with bar chairs so you can sit and chat with the chef of the family who is sure to enjoy catering in this well-equipped kitchen. Integrated units house a waist-height oven with a microwave above it and wine fridge below, a large fridge with five shelves and a veg drawer, a three-drawer freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo pods if you want to bring), a washing machine, a dishwasher, a dryer, and the essential kettle and toaster.

GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
Step through the sliding doors to the garden for your morning coffee following a good night’s sleep in the super king-sized bed. There’s ample space to unpack and settle in with wardrobes housing shelves and hanging space, and a wall-mounted Smart TV perfectly positioned opposite the bed.
EN-SUITE
This five-star en-suite has a double shower cubicle with both a waterfall and hand-held shower heads, double basins above deep storage drawers, a WC and a heated towel rail (towels for all guests will be provided).

BEDROOM ONE
Double doors open onto a Juliette balcony which overlooks the patio and the room’s furnished with a king-size bed and a large wardrobe so you can unpack and settle in.

BEDROOM TWO
Simply furnished with a super comfy king-size bed between bedside units with shelves and hanging space in the built-in wardrobe.

SHOWER ROOM
A chic shower room fitted with double shower heads in the walk-in cubicle, matching basins, a WC, natural light, and a heated towel rail.

MAIN BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
At the top of this detached family house is a graceful suite with a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden, a handsome king-size bed and an elegant chaise longue. There’s a wall-mounted Smart TV and hanging space in a built-in wardrobe just outside the bedroom.
EN-SUITE
Slide the pocket door to reveal this super modern bathroom with its walk-in cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
Large bi-fold doors open to the wonderful secure south-facing garden with a patio area and outdoor dining table and chairs inviting you to enjoy long lazy lunches in the sunshine, or BBQs in the evening with the use of the charcoal BBQ. Steps take you up to the lawned area, a fun space for little guests to run around and a maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay.
There's parking for two cars at the front of the house on the driveway so you can park up and enjoy a walk to town and home again after dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants.
