Chapel Cottage was in the most beautiful countryside surroundings but just a mile outside of Hadleigh which was useful for just popping to the supermarket. Inside the cottage was roomy and very comfortable accommodation - we loved that it had been decorated for Christmas with a wonderful tree. It had a large boot room/utility just off the kitchen and as we had three cockapoos with us who seem to need as much packing as the humans this was really useful! We explored the area each day and found the location of Chapel Cottage really handy for our planned visits. Watching the antics of the many peacocks in the grounds was an added bonus. We had a great week. Thank you.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! We booked this as a replacement for our usual cottage in Norfolk and it was as good as, even better! The house is beautiful in a quiet location. We loved the open plan downstairs, great for cooking & socialising, and the house decorated for Christmas. 3 lovely bedrooms all with a bathroom of some kind attached with THE most comfortable beds & bedding. Ample parking for our 5 cars (4 large) and only a 5 min drive from Hadleigh - we had lunch at The Kings Head - would highly recommend. The hot tubs a great size with ample room for 6. There’s also a sun room downstairs which we used for massages having booked a local mobile therapist. They also kindly offered us early check in @ 2pm which was a lovely touch - we loved our stay and plan to return next year!

A really relaxing wonderful place to stay. We had such fun and there was plenty of space for us all! Little areas that people could go to if they wanted, or communal areas to sit around and relax in. Hot tub was a pure delight, the walled garden was fantastic for dog security and the visiting peacocks were (loud) but very fun to watch. Plenty of kitchen utensils to use, salt pepper that kind of thing which actually makes a big difference when you turn up. Great driveway to park the cars, easy to navigate and just a beautiful property.
