The property is furnished to a high standard, with a fantastic open-plan living, dining and kitchen area at its heart. It's a bright, well-equipped space, ideal for relaxing on the sofa or armchair in front of the smart TV, or gathering around the dining table for a home-cooked meal, with everything you need in the kitchen including an oven, gas hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. A downstairs shower room with wash basin, shower cubicle and WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, accessed via a charming, characterful staircase (a little steep and narrow, true to the property's period style), the comfortable main bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage in the chest of drawers and wardrobe, while the second bedroom is perfect for children, with bunk beds and a bedside table.
Outside, a small patio with table and chairs for two makes a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day on the beach.

A very comfortable little cottage right in the middle of Aldeburgh. Fantastic for exploring. The toy basket went down very well with our daughter and we had a wonderful time.
