On entering the property you step into the spacious open plan lounge / dining area which is flooded with natural light, making it a beautifully bright room. There are two 2-seater sofas, a pouffe, Smart TV, dining table and chairs.
The comfortable lounge, and dining area offer a cozy yet functional space for family living. Glazed doors from the lounge lead out to the garden.
A door leads into the fully equipped galley style kitchen, with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The kitchen leads on to the lobby area, with a back door out to the garden and a bench seat, very handy for those muddy boots and sandy dogs after a lovely long walk on the beach! Another door leads into the utility / cloak room where you'll find the washing machine/dryer and separate tumble dryer, WC and hand basin.
A built-in stair gate at the bottom of the stairs which lead up to three well-proportioned bedrooms, each offering ample storage and peaceful views of the surrounding area.
Master bedroom with king size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.
Ensuite shower room with a shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, 2 bedside tables and a hanging rail. Window out to the garden make this a light and airy room.
Bedroom 3 has a bespoke large single "elevated" bed with double chest of drawers underneath, a bedside shelf, a desk and chair. Another bright room looking out to the garden.

Outside, the enclosed garden part laid with astroturf, is perfect for dining al fresco with friends and family or simply enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple and soaking up the sun in the peace and quiet.

Highly recommended property and host! It had everything that we needed and very clean. Lots of toiletries and good quality towels and linen. Beds were comfy and accommodation was a good size for two adults and two large teens and our Cavapoo. Very quiet area, with very kind neighbours.

My only slight criticism is that the mattress and pillows on the beds could have been of a higher quality. Found it difficult to get comfortable.

We had a fabulous few days here. Location was great for access to Southwold and beyond. We walked into town but recognise not everyone would be able to. Loved having 2 bathrooms plus downstairs loo plus some outside space for the dogs. Very comfortable and homely. Would definitely recommend/ return.

We loved our stay in Albert terrace!!! The house had everything we needed and more for us and our dog. It was perfectly cleaned and nicely decorated to make us feel right at home. Plus it’s within walking distance to Southwold. We would definitely stay again!!

This place is amazing, plenty of space , everything well thought off. Loved the dog friendly boot area and enclosed garden . Kitchen well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook . About half hour walk into Southwold. Parking for two cars , excellent place to stay.

The house was amazingly well equipped and spotlessly clean. The area was very quiet and within easy reach of a lot of Suffolk attractions. The bottle of Prosecco was a lively, welcome suprise. I would certainly book again.
