Woodbridge is a charming Suffolk market town on the banks of the River Deben, around 8 miles from Ipswich. The town centre offers a good mix of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, along with the historic Woodbridge Tide Mill on the waterfront.
The riverside promenade is a particular highlight, with views across to Sutton Hoo and plenty of spots to watch the boats go by. Woodbridge also has its own train station, with direct links to Ipswich and London Liverpool Street.
The Suffolk Heritage Coast, including Aldeburgh, Orford and Snape Maltings, is within easy reach, along with Rendlesham Forest and the surrounding countryside.
The accomodation was excellent for 5 adults, really comfortable beds with good living spaces. Welcome pack was much appreciated as was the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Really nice house and facilities. As 4 cyclists on tour we were delighted to find it has a garden with side gate access, good for keeping bikes safe overnight. We would happily book this property again.
