It’s our second time renting this house, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Gorgeous house in an amazing location. We had a lovely stay at Seaview. Although the weather was a bit variable, it was still a joy simply sitting and watching the waves roll in and the steady procession of dog walkers along the beach. There’s plenty to explore nearby, from an easy walk into Lowestoft to a short drive over to Southwold and other local attractions. The house itself was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with modern facilities throughout. Check-in and check-out were seamless and very well organised. We especially loved the outlook across the ancient church and little green, and being right on the beach – genuinely the best beach we’ve seen in Suffolk. We had a fabulous time and very much hope to return.

Fantastic location, views, and amazing house. The house was perfect for our family of four. All beds were incredibly comfy. The house has EVERYTHING you need. We couldn’t want for anything. Lovely welcome gift, and the hosts had put up Xmas decorations too. Amazing attention to detail. Really quiet location. Everything is recently renovated, and decorated in a neutral and pleasant way. Telly has all the streaming services too, which meant when we got in from visiting all the stunning locations nearby, we could relax on the sofas and watch all sorts. Makes a huge difference!
