Beautiful location, ideal for cycling base along the many cycle paths. Lovely cliff & beach walks too. Lovely house, beautiful furnishings & well equipped . Listened to the waves lapping on the beach every night from bedroom balcony. Everything we needed for a peaceful seaside break. We will be back.

It’s our second time renting this house, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Gorgeous house in an amazing location. We had a lovely stay at Seaview. Although the weather was a bit variable, it was still a joy simply sitting and watching the waves roll in and the steady procession of dog walkers along the beach. There’s plenty to explore nearby, from an easy walk into Lowestoft to a short drive over to Southwold and other local attractions. The house itself was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with modern facilities throughout. Check-in and check-out were seamless and very well organised. We especially loved the outlook across the ancient church and little green, and being right on the beach – genuinely the best beach we’ve seen in Suffolk. We had a fabulous time and very much hope to return.
