4 Market Cross House is positioned on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this beautiful period building. The rooms are all well-proportioned with high ceilings and large sash windows.
Kitchen / Dining Room
A fabulously large room with a fully equipped family kitchen and central farmhouse table with 6 chairs. The kitchen appliances include a 5-ring gas hob over a double electric oven, an American-style fridge freezer, A microwave, an integrated washer/dryer, and a Nespresso coffee maker (please bring pods). The cupboards are filled with all the crockery, and cutlery pots/pans but with space left for your food and beverages.
Living Room
Along the hall is the impressive living room with two sash windows overlooking Wentworth Road and the grounds of Wyndom House. There's plenty of space to relax on the leather 3-piece suite and watch the huge LG smart TV. For further atmosphere, the room has an electric flame effect fireplace.
Top Floor
King Bedroom
Above the living room on the third floor of Market Cross House is the king bedroom, again with huge windows and high ceilings. There's plenty of room for clothes and shoes in the pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's also a very attractive dressing table with a mirror.
Family Bathroom
Next to the king bedroom is a family bathroom with a Victorian-style white suite. The bath has a shower over and a glass shower screen.
Twin Bedroom
Along the hall is the twin bedroom with two standard-size single beds. The room features a hanging rail and a chest of drawers for belongings.
Ensuite Bathroom
Off the twin bedroom is an ensuite bathroom similar in size and style to the family bathroom.
Outside
The courtyard space outside the main entrance door is unfortunately not for use by guests. The beach is only a few yards away around the corner and there are lots of pubs and cafes with outside seating for alfresco drinks and dining.
There is no allocated parking however free parking is available on side streets and is usually readily available.

This accommodation is in a great location - the town centre is walkable and Aldeburgh is gorgeous! Clear, easy instructions for check-in and it looked just like the photos/description in real life.

Lovely stay in this great, spacious, clean and well-appointed apartment in beautiful Aldeburgh. Just minutes walking distance from the coast and central town. Stunning local area with so much to do and see. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, spacious flat just off the high street and two minutes walk from the sea - perfect location for a break in Aldeburgh. The kitchen and sitting room were large and well supplied; bedrooms (one double, one twin) were comfortable and had plenty of storage, and it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Only problem was that the heating and hot water seemed to stick rigidly to a pre-programmed timetable, so when we came in freezing cold at 5pm after being out all day by the sea in February, we couldn't have hot baths to warm up before going out for dinner. No luck with the thermostat or boiler, and it was out of hours so couldn't call. It all kicked in later though, so the boiler's working fine, would just be nice to have untimetabled hot water! All perfect otherwise.

The flat was much bigger than expected! I'm a single mum traveller, with 2 teens and a 10 year old. We had more than ample space to all go in different rooms & relax! The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. Perfect location to stroll into town or pop around the corner to the pub or even go for a swim! Will definitely return.
