A very nice apartment, in as new condition with lovely sea views. The only criticism is the very small child’s wardrobe as there is plenty of room for a full sized one.
Lovely apartment overlooking the sea, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Good location for walking into town and enjoying seafront walks. Would recommend for a relaxing short break.
Really lovely apartment, fantastic view of the sea, central to beach and easy walk into town. Only downside was the kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived, notified the company so hopefully this will be rectified for future people staying.
Amazing views
Returned after 3 years. Apartment equally as good as previous visit. Would definitely return again.
Lovely flat in Felixstowe. Unfortunately a bit cold and noisy in driving wind and rain. Highly recommended when the weather is better!
The apartment was just right. A little smaller than in the photos, perhaps, but it met all our needs. It overlooks the sea, has plenty of on-street parking and is a short walk to the restaurants and town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. I can highly recommend it.
Great place wonderful location looking out at the sea, no problem parking
A very beautiful and light filled apartment, you can hear the sea, it’s so close to the beach front.

Lovely views from this flat which is why we booked & paid higher rate. It’s right in the middle of the prom so easy to get around. Bed is comfortable (important) and if you want to self cater kitchen has all equipment but no ingredients at all so you need to bring them. I am marking down due to some details that need fixing & have told Suffolk Stays directly. Windows not all open/shut, blinds similar, no extractor fan in bathroom, kitchen bin won’t close. Check in time is late (5pm) & check out 10am all as advertised but then they do offer earlier/later for extra charges. Be much better to offer this as standard as most other properties do.
