The space
ENTRANCE
The front door opens directly onto relatively steep carpeted stairs with a handrail rising to the first-floor apartment where the landing runs to the main bedroom and en-suite shower room at the end. There are two doors to the living space on the left and doors to the twin bedroom and the bathroom on your right. The living space has a beautiful limed oak floor, the bathrooms have tiles, and the landing and bedrooms are carpeted.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Light streams into this stylish room which is nicely divided with a well-equipped kitchen/dining room on one side and the living room on the other. Built-in units run along one wall housing a fridge with four shelves and a deep veg drawer, a freezer with two deep drawers, an electric oven and four ring hob with extractor above, and a slimline dishwasher. Other equipment includes a free-standing microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. A handsome table sits in the centre of the room with a bench and four dining chairs and there are a couple of console tables giving extra storage.
The elegant living space is furnished with a bold Chesterfield sofa, designer chairs, a desk (perfect for those needing to study or work from home), coffee tables and a blanket chest providing a base for the large TV. There’s also a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment.
MAIN BEDROOM
The king-size bed takes pride of place in this stylish double-aspect bedroom. There’s ample storage for you to unpack and settle in with an open wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers, and an attractive bench sits in the window recess inviting you to relax with a good book.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
This modern en-suite has a double shower cubicle with a rain shower, a wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail (towels are provided for all guests).
TWIN BEDROOM
Sitting quietly at the back of St Nicholas Court, this room has sturdy twin beds and a curtained wardrobe with a shelf and basket, a hatstand and a couple of chairs.
BATHROOM
The large chic bathroom has a shower wand and screen over the bath, a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and natural light. The integrated units enclose a washer/dryer.
OUTSIDE
St Nicholas Court is an apartment building to the left of Victoria Road as you’re entering Aldeburgh, just a short walk from the heart of town and the beach. There's allocated off-road parking for one car in a private car park at the back of the building, a guest parking spot, and unrestricted parking on the road in front. As it can be a busy road, we recommend that you just use this space to offload.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights over New Years. The apartment was easy to check in and nice inside. Beds were super comfy and nice rooms. We found the items provided were quite minimal for the price and was difficult with it being new years.. 1x bin bag, 2x toilet rolls and limited plates glasses etc. All radiators off when we arrived so was freezing and not very inviting but warmed up eventually - and water requires boosting so had to wait for water to warm up. We pre paid for a cot which wasn’t there but this was sorted very quickly. Overall was a nice stay but could do with a few more touches to feel homely

Great modern, spacious apartment close to the high street. The only negative points - only one front door key is annoying for a group, especially when you need the key to lock the door behind you. The double bed was a bit small and the mattress was very firm. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment. Really beautifully furnished with some lovely design features. Spotlessly clean. A short 10 minute stroll into Aldeburgh with its plethora of restaurants, shops, bars and the lovely wide open beach. We only used the apartment as a base so didn’t use any of the cooking facilities but it’s all there should you wish to dine in. Easy to find with a parking bay in a private courtyard. We had a very relaxed and chilled stay in this funky little property.

It’s not on the beachfront, but we loved this place. Close to everything Aldeburgh has to offer. Really beautiful green walks straight out the door, looks out into the tree canopy, lovely internal layout all on one level. Touches of a creative owner throughout.

Good decent sized flat, bright and airy, one sofa and some unusual chairs Two bathrooms. Its upstairs and entrance is on the main road. Quiet at the back in bedrooms however.
